Bonnie Biscuits

Your biscuits are best eaten by the Best Before date on the ingredients label .
Keeping them in their bags and placing them in an airtight container until ready to eat will keep them freshest.

All Bonnie Biscuits are baked in a home kitchen where gluten is used, therefore there are no gluten free options at this time. Nuts are not used within the recipes, however as mentioned above Bonnie Biscuits works out of a home kitchen so there are nut products within the kitchen.

Custom Biscuits have a minimum order of 6. Payment is due as specified on invoice or in writing, please pay by this date otherwise your place in the diary will be opened up for another customer.
If you have images for inspiration that is great but please note they will be my interpretation of that inspiration as I will not copy other baker's designs.
If you have a change of heart on the custom design you have requested or any add-ons please get in touch at least 2 weeks prior to the date to see if I can accommodate the changes.
All prices on the website are subject to change, costs are often changing which means there will be times prices will have to reflect this.

Please note that as all of the biscuits are handmade, the colours and designs may differ slightly to the images shown. Trying to mix the exact same shade of icing every time can be tricky!

For those choosing postage options, please note that although I take every care in packaging up your yummy biscuits I cannot guarantee the way they are handled in transit. Therefore, broken biscuits are always a risk in postal options. Although I use 1st class postage I cannot guarantee there will not be unforeseen delays to your biscuits getting to you.  If you have not received your item within 10 working days please email me at bonniebiscuits@virginmedia.com.

Bonnie Biscuits is a one-woman show and I bake from my home around my work schedule. I try my best to get back to everyone in a swift manner but please be patient if it takes a little longer, especially around pre-sale holidays (e.g. Easter, Halloween etc.).

Collection and local delivery times are stated at checkout. If you come to collect outside of these times, unless agreed with Bonnie Biscuits, you will be unable to collect your order. As stated above this is not a full-time occupation for me and so collection times are stated for a reason to fit around work schedule so if you try to collect outwith this time and have not agreed this with Bonnie Biscuits beforehand you will be unable to collect your order. Bonnie Biscuits will not be liable to agree to re-collection or re-delivery should you be unable to stick to the times stated. 
On the other side of this Bonnie Biscuits reserves the right to change delivery and collection times at any point should the need arise. 


Pre-Sale items are for times specified in the product description. They will not be ready before this date. 

I hope you never feel unhappy with your biscuits but if this happens please notify me by email at bonniebiscuits@virginmedia.com. Any complaints should be sent immediately upon receipt of your biscuits and please attach any relevant evidence of your issue. Any refunds will be given at our discretion and please note the postage disclaimer before ordering.
For delayed/lost postal items please wait 10 working days before emailing bonniebiscuits@virginmedia.com so that I can assist.

By nature Bonnie Biscuits are perishable items and are handmade so some flaws in design may occur.
