HOW TO ORDER
Bonnie Biscuits
You can order easily from this website from the products listed in the shop section. Any seasonal pre-orders (e.g. Mother's Day, Easter, Halloween) will also be listed on the site.
Unless specified pre-order items, order cut off for the week is Sunday and there are various options to choose from:
1. Royal Mail First Class postage will be dispatched on Wednesdays. *Please note although every care is taken in packaging the biscuits as the designs are fragile there is no guarantee how they will be handled in transit.*
2. Local Edinburgh delivery will be Thursdays between 9am - 1pm and you can check your Postcode at the checkout area to see if you are eligible. This is a work in progress so I may add more delivery days in the future.
3. Collection from Balgreen EH11 on Fridays between 9am- 12pm.
This is a work in progress and delivery/collection times may change but if it affects your order I will let you know.
If you are interested in custom designs and large orders please use the Contact Us Form or email to get in touch. If you can give as much information as you can it will allow a quote and availability to be provided. I try to answer queries within 24-48hours.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom Biscuits have a minimum order of 6.
Custom prices start at £24 for 6.
Custom boxes of 6 can be posted to Mainland UK, however any orders over 6 will be for collection or local delivery only.
Payment is due within 48 hours of placing your custom order, otherwise your place in the diary will be opened up for another customer.
If you have images for inspiration that is great but please note they will be my interpretation as I will not copy another baker's designs.
If you change your mind on the custom design you have requested or have any additional wishes please get in touch at least 2 weeks prior to the date of collection/delivery to see if I can accommodate the changes.
